Highland Septic provides inspections for real estate sales. It is highly recommended, and soon mandatory in Garfield County, that a homebuyer purchasing property with an existing septic system have that system inspected.  Septic system repairs or replacements can be expensive. Our qualified and experienced technicians will inspect the system, identify problems with the system and/or components that may need to be repaired or replaced.  These inspections include inspecting:

• Tank for damage, leaks, and roots

• Some may require inspections to check the functionality of pumps, alarms, spray heads, control boxes, floats, and more!
